After Graduating from Grand Canyon University with a M.Ed. in Elementary Education, Jeni quickly pursued her career as a 2nd grade school teacher. Looking back on her life’s journey, she realized that every phase of her life involved her love for children. The smile on their faces gave her the ambition to figure out how anyone, at any age, could have that same smile with the thought of their childhood memories. Soon after, fate allowed her to meet Chef Ron, a Detroit native, who shared his experience of running a successful ice cream truck. Quickly they discovered that their goals in life, their love for ice cream, and their pursuit of happiness were synonymous. A few Strawberry Shortcakes later, Jeni’s Jammin Ice Cream was established!
